The Consort of Melbourne

The Consort of Melbourne is a professional chamber vocal ensemble that is inspired by the finest European vocal traditions and an Australian verve and artistic breadth.

Claire most recently performed with The Consort on 25 April 2014 at St. Paul’s Cathedral where, together with the Choir of St James’ King Street, Sydney, they performed Johannes Brahms Ein deutsches Requiem, directed by Warren Trevelyan-Jones.


The Consort of Melbourne was founded in 2008 and is a professional vocal ensemble that champions both historic and contemporary chamber vocal repertoire. It comprises a core membership of 8 singers, which expands or shrinks as the repertoire demands.
