Biography

The name Co-cheòl means harmony in Scots-Gaelic, and when it comes to this crew, it could not be more true to form. With voices from other-worldly places, Co-cheòl are four lasses with some serious harmonising skills. They will take you on a journey to the lands of the Celts and beyond with their gorgeous arrangements of soaring airs with luscious harmonies. They accompanying themselves on the harp, flute, piano accordion, ukelele, and some quirky body percussion.

Co-cheòl recently blew audiences away in their inaugural performance at Cygnet Folk festival in Tasmania. They were recently crowned Victorian state champions for 2014 in the Aussie A Cappella National Competition.
